Nori Rolls recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked brown rice.
½ cup of mung bean sprouts.
½ cup of grated carrot.
½ cup of cucumber, finely diced.
¼ cup of daikon radish.
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley.
1 tablespoon of tamari.
½ tablespoon of soy mayonnaise.
2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
3 freshly chopped umeboshi plums.
1 teaspoon of dill weed.
4 sheets of toasted nori.
Preparation Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the nori sheets.
Allow the mixture to stand for 1-2 hours.
Set out the toasted nori sheets.
Place ¾ cup of filling on each sheet of toasted nori.
Roll tightly and cut into five slices.
